Each project is different therefore there is no one size fits all price. We will give you a fixed price quotation based on the original documents you send through. If for example during the pricing stage you forwarded over any NTT’s that have design changes and we have to redo work as a result, we will inform you and seek approval of additional costs prior to completing works.

You simply fill out the form online and upload your documents stating your required return date , one of our team will come back to you within 24 hours with a quotation, contract and terms of trade. You sign on, accept quotation and pay 50% deposit. We complete your work and will email you over a sharepoint link with take-off document complete with estimated hours, BOM and clarifications. You will then forward this on to your suppliers to obtain pricing. If it is not complex project we will note bullet points in an email that you should pay particular attention to. If it is a complex project we do a zoom handover upon completion. We require final 50% payment 7 days after completion.

You should always leave enough time with your requested return date to factor in supplier and sub contractor pricing. Sometimes if the deadline is too tight we will come back to you and state we can not do this. We are professionals and pride ourselves on our service levels. We are looking to build long term relationships with clients that value our service. We do not want to let you down.

We have consulted with our legal team and due to privacy laws and Commerce Commission Act 1986 regarding Cartel Pricing we have been advised against this. We offer a service that is quantification of drawings and estimated labour time to complete. You will ultimately be responsible for reviewing BOM, Labour and Clarifications and it will be at your discretion and what rates and margins you apply to the document. Therefore we are not quoting and our integrity can not be questioned with regards to manipulating the market.

We offer an exclusive and non exclusive service. Comprehensive details of which can be found within our terms of trade, But in essence if you are the first to approach us for a particular project, you will have the option to claim exclusivity. If you select this option we will not price this other people. If you elect for non exclusive and another contractor requests pricing, we will give you a 33% rebate off of your quoted price.

Whilst our team are highly skilled with a proven track record of pricing and delivering profitable projects up to $3m, we are human. We do have a Robust QA process in place which has served as well over the years . However with this service there is still a responsibility of you to perform your due diligence. For example, you know your clients what are they like to work for, are they disorganised and site conditions poor? If so this will affect your efficiency on site and thus the labour. Same for your staff, are they average or are they superstars. If you note an error speak to us and we will work something out. We are not unreasonable and want to build long term relationships.

Yes this can be arranged but will subject to current workload. We will always endeavour to meet our clients demands and expectations and believe in having a positive can do attitude.
